Can you see a difference on these cards? This photo was taken on May 30, 1982. I personally think that the original card and the first reprint are nearly identical. The second reprint definitely has a greener color to it. (Like moss is growing on the "Egg"!)

The official name of the "Egg" has been the Performing Arts Center, so I used that name on the front of the card. As you can tell, this was a popular card. It is a very popular building in Albany because of its shape.

The cards are 4" x 6". The publisher was PlastichromeŽ. The card shows a center line Dist. by Avis Post Card Co. on the original and first reprint. The second reprint shows no distributor line. The card number shown on all three printings was P326221. The lower left corner on each card shows: Photo by Dennis Mallory and, below that, the card/stock #524 or 524R or 524R2.

6,750 cards were delivered on August 13, 1982.
6,850 cards were delivered in the spring of 1984.
6,900 cards were delivered at some time in 1986.
