These two photos are NOT the same, but it gives you an example of what the publisher did to the Albany, NY Skyline photo.

    The photo that was used for the post card had a hazy sky just like the one on the right. The publisher created a horizon and put in a fake sky. The title was also put in the clouds of this jumbo post card.

    The cards are 5½" x 8¾". The publisher was Plastichrome® by Colourpicture. The card is Dist. by Avis Post Card Co., The card number shown is P309696 and I believe that my card/stock number 603R shows on the second printing. Skyline photo courtesy N.Y.S.O.G.S.

    6,050 cards were delivered on June 29, 1976.
    6,950 cards were delivered in the spring of 1981.
