In 1984 I decided to try to make a print of an old engraving that I had of what the New York State Capitol was "supposed" to look like. The engraving was from a souvenir book that I had obtained dated 1882. It did not come out very well!

The cards are 3½" x 5½". The reverse had my eagle "logo" and the following caption in dark blue ink:

This is a [poor] reprint from a German engraving ©1882 by Wittemann Bros., 45 Murray St., New York Dist. by Avis Post Card Co., AlbanY, NY in 1984.

Each card was individually numbered. 117 were printed on March 13, 1984.
